All Sales Final 

At windowshop, we carefully source secondhand clothing, accessories, and homewares with a focus on quality, style, and longevity. Because our inventory is pre-loved and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

We do our best to accurately represent each item through detailed photos and condition notes. Every product is individually inspected and assigned one of the following condition categories:

• New With Tags: Unworn item with original tags attached
• Like New: Excellent condition with little to no visible wear
• Light Wear: Gently used with minor signs of wear consistent with normal use
• Moderate Wear: Noticeable wear and/or minor imperfections that do not take away from the overall function or character of the item
